USAFootball certification & recertification instructions:
This year they are no longer using promo codes. Everything, including the pricing for the certification, are tied to our organization's name (Suburban Amateur Football League). We have set up our league so that all coaches will receive a $10 fee for their certification.
In order for coaches to receive the $10 certification price, coaches must be correctly associated with their respective organization. New coaches can accomplish this by entering the organization's name into the search box during account creation, while recurring users will be able to login to their account again and have the option to automatically be associated with the organization from the previous year. After they sign up or log in, they will be taken to their dashboard to purchase the certification. This email can be passed to your coaches so that they can go online and sign up/renew (https://usafootball.com/login) their user account and purchase the tackle (re)certification for the 2019 season.
I find it easier for users not to use the link, instead when they search for your organization they type in the name of their club during the account creation process. Below is the list of organizations associated with your league and exactly what coaches can put in the search organization field if they do not use the organization link. Please review the list of organizations and inform me if changes need to be made.

The biggest change to the HUF program this year involves two different ways for coaches to certify: online and in-person at their new coaches' clinics. Coaches can choose the option that works best for their time, learning style, and preference. Their team will be reaching out to me, once their dates and locations have been finalized.
With the implementation of the new coaches' clinics they have made changes to the Player Safety Coach (PSC) aspect of the HUF program. In years past, they received feedback that commissioners have wanted to send multiple coaches to the PSC clinics and have limited them in order to provide enough space for all organizations. This year they have opened these clinics up to all coaches who wish to attend the clinic and have allowed them to certify in-person in addition to the online option, forming the previously mentioned coaches' clinics. Due to the expected volume at the clinics they are no longer mandating attendance at the clinics or tracking nominations for the designated PSC of a program.
